Trik Menjadi Karyawan Yang Handal.. (Part 8)
Sebagai calon ‘Karyawan Handal‘, kita harus selalu upayakan hasil lebih untuk Kantor ataupun si BOSS.. Nantinya, si ‘Bonus’ itu akan ngikut dengan sendirinya koq..
Oleh karenanya, Semenjak jadi ‘Nahkoda Skoci’ (episode 5), yang selalu saya pikirkan adalah bagaimana mendapat hasil Lebih, selain tetep terus mengamati sekitar sambil berinovasi.. Oh ya, Coba baca tulisan”‘Lomba Lari Lompat Gawang’ yang tak pernah finish..“ Artikel tersebut, menceriterakan, bahwa, berusaha menjadi ‘Karyawan Handal’ ternyata beda-beda tipis dengan kejuaraan Lomba Lari Lompat Gawang.. Baca deh.. but if you have time lho yes..
Gimana ngga berpikir keras untuk mendapat hasil Lebih, hutang sekitar Rp 6,3 M di awal th 1990an, saat itu tarif Om KH sekali tampil nyanyi & MC baru Rp 4jt, total aset hanya Rp 500jt.. Itu artinya, hutang tersebut secara teoritis akan lunas dalam 1.575 x Om koes tampil MC & Nyanyi..
Kalau anggap saja dalam sebulan bisa 10x tampil.. Maka utang itu akan lunas dalam 157 bulan.. Alias 13th lebih.. Atau paling cepet 2003. Bayangkan…!!! Itu pun bisa terlaksana jika dengan tidak memperhitungkan bunga rentenir, bunga bank, serta faktor-faktor moneter lainnya.. Alaaaaaahmak!!!
Padahal jelas, dari uang tampil yang Rp 4jt itu, harus disisihkan untuk keperluan keluarga boss.. anggap saja Rp 1jt/tampil, trus biaya oprasional kantor.. 500rb/tampil.. maka, itu sama saja si hutang baru akan lunas di tahun ke 21.. Di tahun 2014.. TAHUN INI fren??!!! Masya Allaaah..
Pada kenyataannya, bunga rentenir ‘Pak eR’ Tidak tertahankan, Bahkan sempat pada suatu saat, karena marah beberapa bulan saya ngga bayar bunga, dia tetapkan bunga bulan itu 20%.. SETAN BELAAAAANG..!!! Eh tahu ngga, cara saya terlepas dari jeratan SETAN RENTENIR ini.. Setelah beberapa tahun dan hampir kena Rp 600jt-an..ternyata timbul kenekatan saya.. Dengan seijin Om BOSS, saya tabrak dia..
Saat itu, sudah Beberapa kali saya dia marahin dikantornya saat membayar keterlambatan bunga si rentenir tua itu.. Dan biasanya kalau dah gitu dalam marahnya selalu saja disertai kesombongan cerita masalalunya sebagai kepala kantor BNI di Jakarta pusat..
Trus selalu dilanjutkan dengan pameran membuka brankas raksasa kebanggaannya, isinya lengkap.. Puluhan Sertifikat tanah di Jabotabek.. Puluhan lembar sertifikat deposito yang selalu dia sebutkan total jumlahnya lebih dari Rp 15M saat itu.. belum lagi duit cash baik rupiah hingga dolar asing.. Katanya total lebih Rp 5M…
Hahahaa.. Ngga sadar dia, suatu pagi saya datangi kantornya, dengan action marah poool.. Saya gebrak meja dia, saya lempar surat aduan bikinan saya sambil teriak:” BACAAA..!!!! Mulai sekarang, saya tidak anggap utang Kantor saya…!!! Dan tidak ada lagi bunga-bungaan, denda-dendaan, angsuran-angsuranan!!!! Ngertiiiiiiiiiiiii…!!!!! Kalau sampai ada apa-apa dengan saya, Boss saya, kantor saya.. Saya anggap pelakunya KAMUUU!!!! Dan otomatis, surat itu akan meluncur langsung ke pimpinan BNI, POLISI dan KOMPAS serta koran-koran ibu kota!!! Ngertiiiiiii..!!!!!!”
Sambil pulang, tak tendang meja kaca kantornya hingga berantakan…hihihi aslinya dalam hatiku, ngguyuu cekikik’an aku.. Fren-fren pengin tau ngga’ isi suratnya..??? Yaitu, semua daftar kebanggaannya dalam brankasnya saya tulis dengan lengkap, sebagai bahan surat pengaduan dugaan penggelapan BNI oleh mantan karyawannya.. Kenapa penggelapan?? Koq ngga Korupsi??? Dulu itu belum musiiiim istilah KORUPSIII yes..
Hehehe.. Alhamdulillah, pak ‘eR’ ketakutan, ngga pernah datang, telp ataupun pagger saya.. Dan kantornya pun pindaaaaaaah!!! Hihihi SUKSEEESS..!! Tinggal beresin perbankan.. hehe
Eeh.. Beberapa tahun kemudian koq dihantam lagi resesi.. Bunga pinjaman bank sampe 75%/tahun.. Uedaaaaan… Lha kalau saya pengusaha cina, bisa lari ke luar negri bawa BLBI.. Lha cah SLEMAN DIY jee.. Mau lari ke mana?? Gunung Merapi???
Tapi intinya, sejak mulai diberikannya mandat menjadi ‘nahkoda skoci‘, semua upaya telah saya lakukan, baik dari mengelola dan menaikkan tarif Om boss.. (Terakhir, sebelum saya diberhentikan dengan hormat di th 2006, tarif beliau stabil di Rp 25-30jt/tampil), bikin EO, bikin usaha-usaha sampingan lainnya.. Intinya bikin uang lebih, agar terbebas utangnya jangan di 2014..!!!
Kalau saya, dari dulu, sudah terbiasa susun proposal, ajukan boss, laksanakan, ada hasil, baru bilang bonus.. Ojok belum apa-apa udah nulis jatah bonus di proposaaaal.. Kebanyakan BOSS, termasuk Boss nya si Arief.. Ketakutan dan salah persepsi tentang bonus..
Kalau hanya ngliat tulisan di proposal, BOSS kwi kadang mikirnya BONUS sebagai pengeluaran.. Ongkoooosss!! Tapi kaalau disampaikannya si Bonus itu kalau udah ada hasilnya, agak senyum mereka, dan mikirnya mulai,”Ooo bagi keuntungan..” Gituuuuuu..
Dan pengalaman saya, malah Om Boss koq yang akhirnya menaikkan angka patokan Bonus.. Saya sih sebagai karyawan.. Ya senyam-senyum aja…
Dulu, semenjak dinobatkan menjadi ‘Nahkoda Skoci’, saya putuskan untuk tidak ambil gaji dan bonus saya.. biarkanlah semuanya hanya angka-angka yang tercatan di pembukuan saya dan NIK, semua saya ikutkan untuk mengangsur hutang kantor..
Lha piye, saya malu je sama Om KH, lha biaya hidup di Jakarta gratis, baju, sepatu, dasi, jas.. tata rambut, semua dari si Om.. cuman cawet aja yang beli sendiri.. Hihi.. Trus Biaya kuliah, biaya pulang ujian, semuaa digratisin jee.. Bahkan dari tadinya naiknya sepur Senja Utama, diupgrade mabur pakai SEMPATI nya mas Tommy Suharto jee..

Juni Th 1994 saya kawin dengan Itya, mantan pacar saya.. Dan kami tinggal di kamar kecil jatah saya di rumah Om Boss.. Sejak itu, saya sampaikan ke om Boss, ijinkan saya ambil bonus aja, lha saya sekarang rangkap jabatan jee.. Selain menjabat sebagai ‘Nahkoda Skoci‘, saya juga menjabat ‘Nahkoda Rumah Tangga‘ jee.. Dan Alhamdulillah di Acc…
Hahaha jadi inget saya, akhirnya, setelah Itya ikut pindah ke Jakarta, kamar kecil itu sempet kami huni bertiga: Saya, Itya dan Pungki adik saya.. Lha piye, ra ono nggon lainnya jee.. Hihihi.. Koq ya pungki waktu itu ngga sadar kalo’ mengganggu kegiatan ‘rutin’ saya ama Itya yaa?? Trus Ines, jadinya lahirnya sedikit mundur jee.. hahahahahaaa
Lhaaa.. Sejak saya kawin itulah, mulai timbul syak wasangka dari orang-orang sekeliling si Boss.. “Lho.. Koq Onny mulai punya uang, lho koq Onny mulai kredit Suzuki Carry 1000 cc..” Trus terakhir, yang bikin saya diberhentikan dengan hormat 3 hari.. Jum’at dipecat, Senin Sore diterima lagi: “Lho.. Koq Onny mulai bangun rumah..”
Gini lho, sebenarnya, selain saya sebagai ‘Nahkoda Skoci’, hanya si Om Boss yang tahu bahwa kami sedang ‘prihatin yang amat sangat’.. Tapi saat itu saya yakin, dan selalu berharap, bahwa si Om Boss tahu persis bahwa saya tidak menggelapkan duit kantor.. Semua catatan saya dan nik waktu itu sangat detil.. Bahkan Rp 1500 buat beli Sampoerna Mild aja waktu itu tercatat..
Waktu itu, kespakatan kami berdua, dengan keluarga Om Boss pun kami sepakat ngga crita detil tentang ‘Badai’ yang melanda kami, sebab waktu itu memang karyawan kantor ada beberapa sodara ipar Om Boss, dan pegawainya pun rata-rata teman-teman mereka.. Nah, daripada menimbulkan efek samping yang bisa lebih dasyat dampaknya.. Kami berdua sepakat untuk TIDAK CERITA kepada keluarga..
Lha mereka tuh pada bingung, koq Om Boss tabungan mepet bahkan minus.. Koq saya malah mulai punya duit..
Lha kan dengan adanya AZAS KERAHASIAAN ‘Badai kantor’, waktu itu saya tidak bisa menepis atau malah menjelaskannya, bahwa kantor masih punya ‘lubang sumur’ yang duaaaalam abiiissss.. Sedangkan saya, Walaupun waktu itu 10% bonus, kan menjadi start punya tabungan walau dari angka ‘nol’, tapi kan mulai nambah terus saldo saya.. Sedangkan Om Boss.. Walaupun bagiannya 90%, Kan masiih jauh dari penuuuh ‘lubang sumur’ itu.. karena sangking dalamnya dasar sumur itu..
Tapi Alhamdulilaah sekitar pertengahan 2003, sisa utang kantor tinggal Rp 300jt.. Ngga lama kemudian, pak Boss sudah merasa bosan dan mungkin sudah tidak tahan, setelah belasan tahun Berjuang menaklukkan ‘Sang Raksasa Hutang’.. Belasan tahun Berpuasa.. Belasan tahun itu pula kami berjibaku.. (Baca: “Saya jadi ahli menghindar…Terutama kalau Ditagih Utang“)
Akhirnya, status hutang Rp 300jt saya ambil alih, menjadi milik saya.. Om Boss.. Mulai bisa menuliskan saldonya Rp 0,- dan income ke depan tidak ada potongan angsuran hutang lagi.. Saat itu Om KH memutuskan bonus saya naik tajam menjadi 25% baik untuk keartisan beliau, atau usaha-usaha lain termasuk keuntungan EO.. TOOOOOOOOP Om KH..
Kata beliau saat itu, itu sebagai imbalan pengambil alihan beban hutang beliau, termasuk selanjutnya biaya kantor, pegawai, dll menjadi tanggung jawab saya… Hehehe tengkyu Pak Boss..
Dan sejak itu, Om Boss bisa membelikan rumah buat anak sulungnya, Anda.. Trus beliin mobil buat Anda dan Bonita.. Alhamdulillah om Boss..
Benerkan kalimat pembuka saya tadi, “Kita harus selalu upayakan hasil lebih untuk Kantor ataupun si BOSS.. Nantinya, si ‘Bonus’ itu akan ngikut dengan sendirinya koq..”
